Frequently Asked Questions

We currently print our PVC  charms out of state. We can work with you to design the charms of your choice with our out-of-state design team. The Minimum to order custom charms are 250 pieces of each design. The cost of the charms are dependant on the complexity of the designs and colors. Shipping and casting fees would also apply. The Turn around Time is approx 4-6 weeks. The more you order, the more you save!

Unfortunatley, we do not currently have a physical store front. We primarily make sales via website or through IG or FB Messenger, with the occasional pop-up shop at craft fairs. 

1. Upon Check Out, We use Secure Website Payments Partners. We take all major credit cards. In addition we take applepay and paypal direct.
2. We do accept Cash Payments or Venmo payments at the time of Pickup. Just complete your online order and choose this payent method when checking out.

Shipping / Pick-up Options: 

1. Curbside PIckup *Kalihi-Palama Area of Honolulu, Hawaii*  This option is available for all purchases. Pickup times are Everyday from 8:30am- 9pm by appointment only. After Check-Out, an Email confirmation will be sent to you to confirm the pickup time you have requested. Another will be sent when your order is packaged and ready for pickup. If you need to change your pick-up time, NO PROBLEM, we are super flexible. 
2. Hawaii Flat Rate Inter-Island Shipping *Hawaii Residents only* Discounted shipping is available for Hawaii residents at the flatrate of $3.75 per order. Hawaii residents spending  $35 or more should select the Continental US Shipping Method to recieve free shipping.
3. Continental US Shipping *Includes Alaska* Flat Rate Shipping is available to anywhere USA for a flat rate of $4.20 per order. Free shipping is available for all purchases over $35.
